Room For Play   

My place is equipped with safe, age appropriate toys. The room is set up on a child’s level, so that everything is in their reach. Corners are protected, drawers and cabinets are secured, gates are installed for stairs, furniture that can be pulled/moved, is removed from the room and covers are placed on all electrical outlets...

My main goal is to keep your child safe while at my home. Hands are washed before and after eating, and after playing outside, (We play the song, “Five little Fingers” to influence future hand-washing) after wiping the nose, and all germ transmitting activities. Clorox solution is used daily and for toys that are traded from hand to hand, and daily Lysol is sprayed after cleanups. Safety and health are met by the Regulations of Child Care Council of Westchester, which is governed by the State of N.Y.
